Antony Mueller
Antony Peter Mueller (born 22 February 1948) is a German economist,[1] professor of economics at the Federal University of Sergipe.[2]

Biography
He graduated with a Master of Arts (MA) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) summa cum laude in Economics[3] in University of Erlangen–Nuremberg Germany.[4]
