Retta Nagala

Retta Nagla is a village in Muzaffarnagar district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, situated on the Roorkee Road (NH-58), with a population between 5,000 and 6,000. Retta Nagla has one primary school from 1st to 5th standard with Hindi Medium. This school was established in 1968 and it is managed by the Department of Education. This village is interconnected with one Degree college and an Inter college. Majority of the population of the village are Gujjar cast and Harijan samaj. Retta nagala is also famous for its temples, which includes Kail baba temple, Shiv temple, Bala Ji temple, Sherawali Mata and Jaharveer Goga Ji temple. This village are having facility with good Grocery shops. Presently, position of Gram Pradhan is holding by अशोक कुमार (Ashok Kumar) since 2015.
